INTRODUCTION ABOUT SUMO GEL

Sumo Gel is used to provide immediate relief from low back pain, joint pain and muscle pain. It contains diclofenac, virgin linseed oil, methyl salicylate and menthol as active ingredients to provide instant relief from pain.    

Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug which provides relief from pain and inflammation by inhibiting the factors that cause inflammation and pain called prostaglandins. Virgin linseed oil helps in minimizing the skin irritation and soothes and calms the skin.

Methyl salicylate acts by dilating the blood vessels and increasing the blood flow. It causes irritation of the skin and as a result of counter irritation, there is a sensation of warmth and relief in musculoskeletal pain. Menthol acts by imparting coolness to the skin and then warmth.

Always use Sumo Gel as advised by your doctor. It is for external use only. Apply Sumo Gel gently to the affected area in the form of thin film not more than two to three times a day or follow the instructions as directed by the doctor. Do not use Sumo Gel if you are allergic to any of its components.
